Crazy color combination.

colors

When making art, you can’t think about real-life scenarios or anything in general. Besides art, If you think about anything else, you won’t enjoy making the art as much as you can.

I try to get in the “zone” that’s what I call it. It’s as if something is controlling me when I draw. It’s similar to a runners high.

I draw and it doesn’t stop, continuous until my hand cramps and I take a break. Fighting the cramps sometimes to finish the last pieces. A battle against the paper and the mind, hahaha. Only do I wish I could draw nonstop, sometimes it takes a lot of energy to motivate yourself.

Making art is a lot harder than people think, sure it might not make your hands dirty unless you’re using paint, hahaha. But the mind is worked out to the max.

I feel as if I get mind headaches from my art sometimes, it’s a lot to process. All the different colors and shapes.

An example you can see, I get bored in one area and end up all over the place on the drawing. Then there are times I’m slow and steady and stay in one area, it depends on the way I’m feeling that day.

I Always do my best to feel tension free when drawing. Don’t drag your hand across the paper, be light weighted.

With all the crazy colors you see, what’s in the image before your eyes?

  1. I love your art. And I hear you about getting headaches sometimes from the intense concentration. When writing, when I’m in the zone and pushing for a point, all the intense concentration makes my head hurt and my fingers cramp. But that’s how we know we’re creating art!

    • Thank you Claudia. πŸ™‚

Yeah, when that happens. I usually walk away and sit for 15 minutes close my eyes. Meditation, something where the mind does nothing. When the mind is blank it’s free, then your good to go.

That’s where your best pieces will be created. I get those a lot too. You feel the emotions you physically write. The words are you. Whatever you are doing.

True!! And it’s a sign of pushing yourself somewhere where you’ve never gone before. Most font do that, art helps me a lot to create myself into a better person.

      Have a great day! πŸ™‚

Remember to never give up on your creations, for all we know you could be the next biggest writer. Just never give up, it’s more for yourself then anything else.

      Great day. πŸ˜€

  2. I haven’t figured it out yet, but you said “sure it might not make your hands dirty unless you’re using paint” and it made me look at my hands withs splatters of gesso on from working on a mural this morning. But there are many other art forms that are equally dirty aside from painting. Pottery and most sculpture will end up in filthy hands, rough skin and broken fingernails!

    • That’s okay, hahaha.

Good for you, get your hands dirty when making art. My get dirty every time, they’re suppose to.

True, I agree. Ahhh broken finger nails. That would hurt.

      Have a great day! πŸ™‚

    • Thanks for your observations, I appreciate it. πŸ™‚

Green has this special tone to it, stands out more than anything else.

For example the grass is green and so is most nature. It has that happy feeling for me.

      Have a great day man!

      • Know what you mean, do that often too.

We’ll see light differently, sometimes I swear I’m color blind. People tell me they see certain colors but I always see things on a different level. Or not the same at all.

Everything’s different for everyone. We all see differently.

Hahaha. Well let’s wait and see where the image takes itself. πŸ˜€

  3. I enjoyed reading this.
Believe it or not, I think all that seemingly empty space in your drawing makes all the more mysterious and exciting. Not everything should be captured in full form. Sometimes art can just capture the process of becoming. And your drawing does that perfectly.

    • Thank you. πŸ™‚

      I understand what you’re saying.

The process is more interesting than the final for or “destination”. Being the final piece. I agree with you, only if everyone could see what I see. Join my journey see over my shoulders.

That’s the most interesting part. The little moments.

Thanks for your feedback, made me think some things as well. A reminded of some thoughts I had hidding.

      Have a beautiful day! πŸ™‚

Okay, I either listen to music or lectures/people talking about certain things.

Very rarely do I work in complete silence but it on honesty I think I’ve created some of my best pieces in silence.

The fears and thoughts are cornering you everything you ignore enters your mind, things you want to ignore. The hard stuff to process.

Art helps you express what you feel inside, silence creates or destroys you, be careful.

Life itself is a trigger, but yes music is a trigger.

    • Thank Pragati, appreciate the words you speak.

It’s a drawing, sorry to correct you not trying to be ignorant. Just want you to know and not be misunderstood.

Thank you, be too. Hopefully it will be done in the next few days.

Much love and have a beautiful day.

  4. Wow! Nice update. The colour combinations just blow the mind. Great!
The first half is so streamlined that it just gives the feeling of something swimming or flying but the bottom part just confuses because it looks like so many things at the same time. Actually, at this stage also, there can be innumerable ways to complete it but you will choose the one you thought and for what you started it. It would be interesting to see the path you take to complete it and your idea.
Actually, an incomplete drawing can also be great sometimes because it itself conveys the innumerable possibilities in front of us just like the choices that we have in life at different stages. We take the choice or equivalently complete the drawing of our life by choosing a path. Isn’t it?

    • Thank you. Hahaha good! That’s the goal.

I get what you’re saying. In the first paragraph.

Something seems to be swimming forward or whatever direction your mind thinks. Yes I could create it into anything from here.

Good analogy there, it’s very true. Each moment creates the next, each moment will lead to different moments. Depending on the door it’s infinite. Just like numbers and ideas, your using the part of the imagination most don’t use haha. Great job! πŸ™‚

I can agree with what you said.

Usually I have an idea for the end piece but I never know what anything looks like till I create it. Everything is locked up in the mind, here in the real world is where I try my best to put on paper and words what I think. Same with you.

At age 16 your minds flowing with ideas and things most don’t think about, your journey will take you anywhere if you continue.

Just do what’s best for you in the end, what makes you happy. Not others.
      Random advice, hahahha.

    • Sounds good, me too. Anything can happen, hahaha.

Very true words there, all doors and all moments lead to another. Never to turn back. But learn and enter different doors.

Thanks, appreciate your feedback on here.

      No problem, hahaha.

      Have a great day man!

Appreciate your words, remember you saying you had a feeling this might be your favorite. Or one of my best. Not being cocky or talking higher of myself. But I think it’s going to be one of my best.

Was telling my mom I keep improving every drawing something keeps coming out of me I’d never thought I could ever do. Like I told you it doesn’t all feel real. Each drawing is showing physical progress I can’t get negative and give up.

I’m thinking this might be one of my best. The colors will get everyone on this. Happy the drawing pocked me to draw it. Could have drawn any image in the whole world and decided to draw this.

Have a great day ahead of you! πŸ™‚

I said pocked meant to say “picked” opps, hahaha. My thinking is very weird. But yes the drawing picked me, I didn’t decide to draw it. Happy to hear you like the way I think.

You’re a great person for calling me great. Thank you. πŸ™‚

Mhhhh. A turtle, few people have guessed that as well. I can see what you would think that. Kinda looks like it’s moving forward. Not sure though.

Thanks, happy you like the colors and shapes. πŸ™‚

You can do anything your heart desires, that’s just fear telling you that something not possible. It’s, just don’t give up on yourself.

      Remember anything is possible!
