Two large segments added, lots of little detail

It has been a bit since the last drawing update, sorry about that. Was going to post a while back, but it got too late. Ended up getting very lost within the drawing. There’s this feeling I get when I’m in the “zone.”

I’d like to call this “drawing nirvana.” That’s a word I just thought of, maybe it’s a legit thing. If it’s, feels like I get it 75% of the time. Always attempt at my very best to enjoy each moment of each artwork. If not, then the potential will be lost. Don’t want to make this a sort of work, but play instead. Have fun with it.

Art shouldn’t be created when you’re not ready, but then again it’s safe to just pick up a pencil and go. We all break through somehow, one way or another.

There’s always a way for something if you truly care about it. Just use your energy correctly. What’s stopping you, that would be nothing but yourself, thyself. Excuses lack energy.

If I’d give up on drawing this and not try my very best, then there’s no reason to begin drawing this at all. Why start if you don’t fully care.

Put forth 110% or don’t even try at all, if it’s just a thought ignore it. If you truly care, step forward and take the challenge on. Have as much fun as you can on each adventure. Don’t stress it, just remember to breathe. Always keep going, even if it’s one step at a time.

Might change some parts of the drawing. Most of the time, I change up the colors and tones. Miss some shapes as well.

  5. Wow, thanks so much for sharing your work…And I love what you say about it feeling like play – that’s the key isn’t it?! We all need more Divine Play in our lives…I would also say that it doesn’t matter how we feel when we start a new creative piece, it’s the starting that matters, and the very act of creation, just turning up and saying Yes (however quietly) to whatever comes, can lead us back into a place where we can open our hearts and are able to care fully (about a piece, our lives, our lovely selves…) again 🙂

      Yes that’s the key, hahaha. Otherwise it’s a dutie of some sort. “Work.” You only get paid for things that are so unpleasant you have to get paid. Otherwise why do it.

      Very true, like the way you worded that. I’d like to say a manifestation of thought.

      Yes one with the divine powers of the universe, hahaha. It’s just the way you play the game.

    • Mhhhhhhh…… if you say so, not finished with it yet. We’ll have to wait and see if your idea is correct.

      You seem very confident.

      Yes I use a normal photo and do lots of editing and then draw it on paper and play around with it and see what happens. Usually the two are completely different.

      Yes I’ve been working on it for about a month now, so probably 80+ hours right now, never really add it all up completely just work a certain amount of hours each week.

      Also can do this without everything just much more challenging, I’m learning hahaha I’m young.

      Each step counts.

    • Alligator is a frequent quess at the moment.

      I can imagine a nose or snout similar to an alligator, but that could be anything.

      It’s a thought, we’ll have to wait and see what the colors conclude to.

    And about the drawing..😀 is amazing! I can see it needs soo much of time and hardwork!💪Its hard to complete early.. I can’t figure out what is that but seems like aligator? Elephant? Lol 😂

      Yes lots of time and patience. This is one of my more detailed and larger drawings. Similar to “extreme beauty” the horse I have a drawing of, that took so long it was ridiculous, hahaha.

      It’s the piece of art that made me leave my comfort zone, ignore the fear factor.

      I understand hahah, it’s like looking at an uncomplete puzzle with black colors. Just the sketch and no color.

      Alligator and Elephant are the top guesses at the moment. Looks like some snout or nose is located in the middle not sure though.

      I took your word and didn’t post. Posted last Sunday so I’ll probably post an update today.

      You can create the noise within your mind/imagination. I have one of those crazy minds as well, hahaha.

      The possibilities are endless and infinite.

      Whatever your imagination happens to see.

      Use the parts of your brain you’re not used to and create an image in the picture for yourself.

      Try to draw out each shape and color into your own.
