First colors added (Sneak Peek)

DSC_0124

It’s always at the beginning of the drawing that it takes the longest to begin, hahaha. Let me explain. When you finish up the sketch, you have ideas for the colors you will use in mind.

I attempt to be in the moment of the drawing or my mind will drift away and not focus.

Applying the first color to the paper isn’t scary or nerve-racking. It’s more adventurous than anything. You have to think within your mind that you won’t mess up. If you keep thinking “Oh I’m bad at art, I can’t do this.” Well then yeah, you won’t be able to make any art.

Manifest those positive thoughts, everyone! πŸ˜€

No piece of art is “Bad art”. It’s more in the opinion of the individual.

I always love when people say “I could do that, it looks like a little child made that.” Well then go ahead and create something if you know so much, hahaha.

I’m not saying I know anything, I know nothing. People could just say more loving things. That’s quite an ignorant answer if you think about it. Respect holds an energy of peace and love. Not ignorant answers. In the end, just thinking of thyself. But both individuals are equally as important.

Create whatever art you wish to, ignore the opinions. Yes, you’ll need them to improve as an artist. So listen to the opinions don’t take all of them in. In the end, art is more for self-expression than anything. We don’t live in a perfect world, art isn’t perfect either. It is made to be perfect, but it’s not.

I’m going to attempt something crazy with this drawing. Hopefully, my thoughts manifest, as I wish them to be.

Keep pushing myself more and more each drawing. There’s a new adventure each time. Always attempt to make the best of each adventure, don’t let those negative thoughts manifest within your mind. Or you’ll be nothing but a negative ball of energy.

If I was angry and frustrated everytime I created art, I doubt I would be here at this very moment. There’s no need for doing all of this If I don’t even care about it. You have to care to a point where it won’t override yourself or your ego.

It’s like riding a wave and then surfing that wave. Don’t let anything take you down and take all the challenges on. Don’t be too ignorant and create love within the world.

Find your frequency and let yourself go, see what happens. You’ll be surprised, don’t give up. Or expect nothing much of a life.

Create the art, to create the art and that’s it. Or the true purpose is destroyed.

As of right now, what do you imagine within the picture?

Don’t be confused by the colors, anything is possible. πŸ˜‰

    • Who knows.

Possibly could be, anything is possible in this world. πŸ™‚

      Thank you Julie!

You’re a new follower you just recently started following and you’re quite loyal.

I appreciate the energy you give to me!

Thank you and have a beautiful day! πŸ™‚

  1. Me, too, Julie!!
Brandon, what you say is so true (in your entire post).
One thing that really struck me is what you said about what people say about painting. The truth is, if anyone could do it, everyone would. It’s a lot like writing a book, everyone says,”I could do that!” But-when it comes down to actually doing it, they can’t. I think every true artist (as in one gifted enough to do something, be it paint, write, play piano, figure skate, etc) has unfortunately heard the “I could do that!” refrain way too many times!
Can’t wait to see what it turns out to be!

    • Hahaha.

I’m happy you can relate with what I said. Yes, like the way you said that. If they could do it they would be doing it.

Writing a book would be quite difficult. I kinda wrote a little one. Going to release segments and parts soon. It’s more of stories and each is a lesson or something. Kinda like the quotes.

In the end they can’t, hahaha.

Yeah I agree with you again. All the artist have heard it.

I’ve heard it many times, I have a moral and character so usually I try to answer back without ignorance.

No one understand art unless they make art. It’s much of a mockery, lost for them hahaha.

      Happy to hear that! πŸ™‚

Me too, to be honest hahaha.

      Let’s wait and see.

    • Hahahah. πŸ™‚

Yes it’s, the brain is pulsing rapidly. hahaha.

Colors are quite fun at the moment. Taking is slowly and easy.

Over time my mind gets into a “zone” have to get the feel of the drawing.

    • Thank you! πŸ™‚

      Happy to hear that.

Mhhhhhhh. Very creative, I love it! πŸ™‚

I can image why you would be imagining a scary clown within the picture.

A few others have said a clown too. So you’re not the first.

Who knows anything is possible. Maybe you’re correct.

We’ll have to wait and see…..

  2. It’s so true, what you said in your post. I sometimes get β€˜It’s cute. Looks like a child did it.’ Response from people. I once got this from a friend after I sent her a hand drawn and painted Christmas card. After all I effort I put into making that one card for her and to hear such a comment really broke my heart. Even now, it upsets me when someone doesn’t see the thought I am trying to provoke by my paintings. I then start to β€˜fix’ the so called childish artwork and in doing so, I lose the original message that was hidden painting. I know I should stop listening to such opinions but I really can’t help it. Sometimes my brain comes up with artwork I simply cannot explain and although some people love it, others find it vile.
By all means, I appreciate people who are honest but there are ways to express how you feel without causing upset and there are ways to purposely hurt someone without making it sound like you’re being mean.
That’s too much thinking for me at 6:30 in the morning UK time πŸ˜‚ back to bed πŸ˜‚

    • I’m happy you can agree with me on this one. πŸ™‚

      Listening to your story…..

I understand what you’re saying here. I probably would have tried to fix it too. Then probably “mess up.” Throw it aways or something.

Yes there’s always a meaning of some sort. It’s sad your friend couldn’t see the meaning but judged the art.

Yes you shouldn’t be listening to others hahaha. πŸ™‚

We all find different things interesting compared to others.

Not all will enjoy my art for example. So will others won’t.

Yes I agree with you on that too. There’s always a way to spread a message with peace and love. Ignorance and hatred is not needed.

Some to it on accident without knowing. People are just mean, don’t reflect in the end.

No problem! Always think about you, hahaha. πŸ˜€

      Hope you slept well! πŸ™‚

    • Other individuals are guessing the same thing.

At least everyone is on the same page, hahah.

The colors are quite crazy to be a person. But then again anything is possible.

Thank you! Happy to hear that.

Appreciate you for sharing your thoughts with me towards my art. πŸ™‚

Can feel the energy and love. ❀

    • I’m happy you think this toward my art. Thank you! πŸ™‚

It’s quite challenging but nothing is stopping me but myself.

True, great way to explain this.

      Hahaha, yes.

Happy you love, respect and appreciate my art.

That’s okay, no worries. All that matters is you attempted.

Then you get a golden sticker, hahaha.

      Thank you! πŸ™‚

But I’m not sure, I can see many things thought out this image.

      The guesses are all over.

This will be your guess till the next update.

      Till then…..
