The drawing is almost complete……

DSC_0825I thought it would be a good idea to take a picture before I add any more color to the drawing.

This drawing has been quite the journey so far. Usually, when I “finish” the drawing. I’ll look at the image a few times to see if I missed anything that I forgot to add.

It’s always when I’m almost finished with one of my pieces that I work the slowest and use as much focus as I can.

Don’t want to miss anything. You always improve each drawing.

I don’t think about the next drawing till I’m in that moment. Otherwise, I’ll get sidetracked and I have to use all my energy on one thought and that’s it. The art I’m currently creating is the only thought in my mind and nothing else.

Maybe I’ll finish this up tonight. Not going to rush it, just going to take my time.

Let’s see what we come up with.

Don’t forget to have fun when creating. It’s not a forced action. It’s nothing but shapes, colors, and words. I’m not forgetting about all the other art forms as well. More than shapes, colors, and words. It’s just a smart way to think about it to not stress yourself. I think you’ll understand what I’m saying. Just have fun and that’s it.

Don’t stir up that mind of yours.

    • I just went on Google to see an example or idea of an “ocular migraines.”

      To be honest I’ve had weird visuals and colors happen to me like an ocular migraine but I’m thinking it wasn’t one. I get then when I’m out of oxygen you can say or if I sit straight up. Probably something to do with stability in the mind I’m thinking. It wasn’t read for what was coming and it reacts like this.

      Or if I really concentrate on objects it’s like I see colors that aren’t there and shapes that aren’t there. I can do this normally as well.

      It’s really hard to explain. It’s easier o just feel the experience itself hahaha.

      Music, yes I’m either listen to music, pod casts, or sometimes silence if I’m extremely focused.

      I’ve been listening to his music through the process of creating this but other music as well. I think that’s what you mean.

      Yes, love is the answer but it’s confusing. Like the song. “Love or confusion.”
