I would say about fifty to sixty percent of the drawing is done in this picture.
This sketch is going quite smoothly.
The coloring always takes longer than the sketch of the picture.
Deciding the color takes more energy out of me than deciding the shapes.
Not sure how to explain this.
Thinking other individuals will relate to me.
Deciding the color is similar to a life or death situation.
The energy is at a high when using colors.
The smartest thing to do is to not overwhelm yourself.
Let everything happen and everything will come to you.
Do not tense up and if you feel frustrated. I recommend taking a 10-minute break or walking away for a moment.
Never force your art otherwise the art will be work instead of play.
To me, art is not art if it is forced. It must flow from the heart at a rhythmic pace. Coming right along.

Very true. Forced things are related to “work.”
Beautifully worded. Use nothing but the soul.
Thanks! š

Thanks for sharing your favorite sentence in the writing.
This is how I have always looked at everything in the world.
If it is forced then it is work and not play.
