When I grab a cup. Am "I" grabbing the cup Or is the cup grabbing me? I'd say if I was aware and unanxious. I would be grabbing the cup. In anxiety, the cup would be grabbing you. When I am writing. Am I writing the writing? Or is the writing, writing me. This might be confusing to explain in words. When I draw. Am I creating the art? Or is the art creating me? Which way is it going? When someone eats food. Is that person eating the food? Or is the food eating them? Life is quite mysterious and magical if you pay attention to your surroundings. You might realize we don't know as much as we think. How is it that we "know" something. We "know" what we know because of science and trial/error processes. Some things happen/occur within this world that seems to be unexplainable. Words give no clarity sometimes. Words do nothing. "You" have to be "there" to "understand" or "feel" what the other person has felt or experienced. Whenever people begin to argue or debate on a subject. Usually, I stay quiet and share no opinions of mine. There is that saying. Every person has an opinion, every person has an asshole. We all might think we know what we know. In all reality what we know is nothing The "fact" that we are alive is a phenomenon. To be honest it would have been easier for the universe to do nothing instead of something. I look at a rock or a leaf. Within that one rock or one leaf is millions of atoms. Atoms create the world around us. You are made of atoms. Atoms are so small the naked eye can not register to see something so small. To let this life overtake you. Being a slave to your mind and body. To never be the you that is you. Fear. To fear what is the real question. "I" used to fear almost everything. Lately, I have begun to "fear" less and less. Today during my meditation. 1 hour felt like 1 minute. I didn't even feel any intensity, I opened my eyes and thirty-five minutes went by. Those thirty-five minutes felt like many lifetimes going by. Time is a tricky concept. Time is an illusion. Time seems to be going faster than ever in this time and age. Take a moment to absorb the moment around you and appreciate this life. When you are enjoying life. Time flies by as if there is no time. When sadness begins to occur time feels infinite as if you are trapped in your steps. The way you wish to react to this life is up to thyself. Let go. Free yourself. Be your authentic self. Feel comfortable in this flesh body. There is nothing to fear besides the false delusions you manifest within your reality. Use love instead of fear. Change your cycles and patterns. Positivity instead of negativity. Gratitude instead of giving up and misery. Giving instead of taking. Meditation/fasting instead of seeking pleasure. Never let your true authentic self go. Control the power within. Let life overtake you. Overtake this life and be in control. Let your mind consume you. Be in control of your mind. You are not your thoughts. Breathe in and breathe out. Feel the high of the fresh air going into your lungs. Appreciate the beauty of life. Would you want to know what is going to happen within your future at all times? Each moment happening next to never have any excitement or mystery. Have life be mysterious and adventurous. Create your own path instead of following a predestined path. To never know what is next. Or to know each move to come. Say yes to things you fear. That does not mean you give into something. Say no when you know that no is needed. Try to find a way to dive into yourself diving deep within yourself. Unless that is you wish to run away in fear and run as far away from oneself. Never to be mentally free. Most will fall and stay down. Few will fall and get back up as if nothing happened. Pain is game. You need a challenge or a little pain to evolve into your greatest version. If everything went 100% “your” way you would be living in a fantasy land. Remember to live in a us and we world. Instead of a me and I world. To process your emotions and energy. To not process your emotions and energy. To Dissolve the image of yourself. To free yourself. To be yourself. To think about yourself nonstop in a negative way. To become attached to yourself. Have an ego. Too much ego is a no-no. We all think we “know.” Who “knows” all? All I know is I know nothing. Let’s expand each other’s minds instead of degrading each other for our individual selves. Express your individual self to this world. Stop aspiring to be someone that is not thyself. To be. To not be. To live in every moment besides “this very moment.” Manifesting anxiety without even knowing it. Unaware of your frantic fearful mind. Some people’s minds are similar to becoming lost in a forest and not knowing the destination out of the forest. Ultimate panic over everything. Ask yourself... You never "know" when a sketch is complete. The last thing you want to do is to rush the process. If you rush the process what was"supposed" to happen. Possibly might not happen. If you "force" this moment manifesting anxiety within yourself. Stop doing what you are doing. It is time for a change. Find your center and create a mindset of flow. Live within the moment fully or this life is not being lived. Life will not go "your" way 100% of the time. Ask yourself in moments of "negativity." "What am I suppose to learn?" instead of thinking "why me?" Meditate on life instead of acting out foolishly in compulsion. Act on instinct or let yourself be free. Be in control of oneself unless you wish for your mind to take you over. In the end, the "choice" is yours. It has been quite some time since the last update on the drawing. The last time I posted was over a month ago, hahahaha. :D I am for sure creating art. Way behind in posts. Every time I apologize and say I will attempt to post more often. The way I schedule my days out the last but first thing I am thinking about is posting a blog post. Yes, I do enjoy creating posts and engaging with others. Other things get in the way. Focus most of my energy on my sanity. Yes, you can get all the followers and likes/comments/shares from others. Remember to love yourself. Do not rely on others for acceptance. Live in the "real" world instead of within a "fake" world. Put the phones/distractions down. Go within yourself. Figure out who "you" are. Attempt your best to not get too caught up in this life. Take some time for yourself. Otherwise, you will crash and burn. Let me repeat that one more time. Every day it is quite the struggle to push on through. Then again, it is quite easy to push on through. Everything is on "you." Not someone else. You create the thoughts within your mind. Another does not enter your mind overriding your system hacking your psyche. If one does hack your psyche. You let them do that. Be the ultimate controller of your mind. Do not let another make you look like a fool. Defend yourself with love and wisdom. Instead of with hatred and knowledge. To know. To not know. What are we talking about again? Hahahahah. Kidding. Hopefully, someone understands that. Would you rather "love." Would you rather "Know." There are too many people that "know" so much. There are too many people that forget to "feel" emotion. Most of what a man believes he cannot prove. Yes, we may "know" a lot of things. But to "prove" something is quite 100% impossible. Everything is our perception. Life is an illusion. What you see right now is your brain reacting to your surroundings. Showing the world to you. "We" are all "connected" to "something." We are all one. Through your 5 senses, you experience this life. Possibly there is a 6th sense. Learn how to use your sixth sense. The third eye/ pineal gland. Zen out. Tune into yourself. Zone out of what is not yourself. Open your third eye. Think for yourself. Instead of being programmed. People seem to know more about others than themselves. Free yourself. Instead of locking yourself up in these iron bars of yours. The more "you" are "you." To “prove” that this moment is happening is impossible. We might as well appreciate each moment instead of manifesting all this fussing and fighting. Without this moment there would be no moments. This very moment leads to the next moment. Without the next moment, there would be no moments at all. This very moment holds infinite power. What moment occurs next is up to you and how you cast your energy into this world. Cast your energy negatively. Cast your energy positively. Your fate/destiny lies within your hands. I look at the universe/world. To me, it seems as if most souls/individuals. Are lacking in their mind/body/spirit. The ego or identification of oneself is the only thing that is cared about. People identify with race/religion/political parties/degrees/money/possessions etc….. If you dissolve the image of yourself. “You” realize we are all “one.” Flesh, blood, and bones. Hopefully, we all have a soul within us that feels some emotion. An individual self. Health is ignored. The mind is ignored. The soul/spirit is ignored. Energy is ignored. Vibrations are ignored. Frequencies are ignored. Mother earth is ignored. Loving others is ignored. The animals are used and abused. Man does what he pleases. I do not fear the creator or a higher power. I fear man himself. The man within the flesh. I fear what man is becoming. I fear what man is. Technology is not to blame. We need technology in a sense. Technology helps us. The only problem is. Man is becoming a machine. A robot. Feeling nothing but doing all that man can please. Sure you may “know” a lot, but do you “feel” anything? One day I wish my brothers and sisters will wake up. It has been a while since the last post. I apologize again for taking forever in between posts. "You" can only "do" so much within each day. Do not overburden yourself. If you overburden yourself life will not manifest out the way you wish to manifest this life. Be in control of this life instead of having this life be in control of you. Yes, we will all fail and fall to the ground. Being a failure does not define you. If anything, being a failure helps you become your greatest version you can be. If you are "perfect" all the time and try to be "perfect" life will manifest itself out in the darndest ways. Find your center and ground yourself. Please take a moment to look within yourself and see if "you" are happy with the "you" that is within yourself. The source of energy that hides and lives in fear within oneself. Free yourself. Actions speak louder than words. Yes even though these words I write possess a meaning then again not. Language only has meaning because we as a collective say language is language. Everything is nothing Nothing is everything. Why is everyone so caught up in the "rat race." Always in a stir. Angry at something or someone. To never find peace within their hearts. To never feel the energy of life flowing throughout their veins. Why is everyone "different" every time you see them. That is because the energy within us all evolves and changes over time. We are all evolving or devolving and the choice is yours. Anything is possible for the future. Manifest wisely and you will not do the "wrong" thing. There is no need to feel angry. Why is it that you are so angry? What lies within you that you are fearing? Is the truth too much to handle? The truth is an offense Would you rather cry and ignore the problem than face what is wounding you within yourself? To keep on living in pleasure after pleasure numbing thyself. Or to take care of the vessel as if every moment is your last moment on earth. Tomorrow is not promised. "You" only think you will be here "tomorrow." You don't remember when you die. So we don't know. No one knows We all say we know. But to know then to back up our information with more "knowing" it all makes no sense to me. Theories are theories. Do you want to be a statistic or a human being? Everyone accepts being a "statistic." A "statistic" is not an individual self.
