The purpose of this painting was pattern. In class there was a unit where we learned about art and how it’s created by repetitive patterns. At the end the patterns match up and create a single picture. Many little pieces equal into one.
Being a child at heart the first thing I thought of was finger painting. Your fingers have a pattern on them, so in a way your fingers are just different patterns. No finger print is similar. Possibly they can just test the finger print on the canvas and see who made it.
The purple backround was dedicated for his song “Purple Haze.”
I had a pattern in mind, now i just need an idea for my piece. Mostly doing people, I was trying to think of someone to paint. I Found a black and white picture of Jimi Hendrix.
Jimi Hendrix is one of my favorite people. If he were alive today he would have been a profound human being and person in general. I know quite a bit about Jimi and I look up to him as an idol

Hey Brandon how long does it take typical for your masterpieces from start to finish give or take

Usually a few sessions not sure exactly but I usually draw the same amount on the days I draw. I’d say 12-50 hours depends on the detail and size. A lot comes into play. My style is really weird no one understands it. Sometimes I feel as if it’s more difficult than I make it.

In a way uniquely my own style. I’ve just looked at art with a similar style but I don’t copy the style. The shapes are made as I go. All I do is cut 1 single image into many more. So I guess my own style. Hopefully you get this, hahaha.

Hey, I randomly look through blogs, happened to pass yours. Well thanks!! I agree with you 100% it’s like you read my mind. See I don’t really know how to explain age it’s more of experiences and lessons. After highschool age 21 is alcohol I don’t even drink. Age is just forgotten kinda, just living and stuff. Life should be lived in the moment.
