If you keep contributing to things you don’t enjoy, you can’t start your path to happiness.
Try to find something you have a passion for, or enjoy doing and attempt to create that into your reality.
If you constantly keep doing things you don’t enjoy, I doubt you’ll start finding happiness.
You can start whenever you want but, the decision is all on you as an individual person.
Happiness will more likely find you, don’t search but work on it.
