When you are slow at something you can observe what you are doing.

When you rush at something you miss many vital moments that could have been learned the first time.

Slower and smarter.

Is smarter than faster and zero effort.

There is always “more” than what you think about.

There is more than what the eye can see.

You will never “know” everything.

Facts are limited.

Imagination is infinite and never ends.

We are told to manifest a fact we have to follow a formula.

Idea, hypothesis, conclusion.

When using your imagination.

All you have to do is think your own thoughts.

It is not that tricky in my perspective.

What you hold in your mind grows.

How do we know what we know?

I “feel” as if we only know what we know because we are all told what to “know.”

Have you ever thought for yourself?

Or have you accepted everything that “others” tell you?

There is a difference between fact and fiction.

The thing is.

How do you know what is what?

Is it “possible” to “falsely” “manifest” a “reality” that seems to be here but in reality is not here at all.

What I mean when I say this is.

What is real.

What is an illusion?

To know.

To not know.

Quite confusing.

What shall “i” do.

At the end, which is always near.

The future is just a thought.

To know what happens beyond this physical realm is difficult to “know”

Sure, you may create an idea for a hypothesis than a conclusion.

Manifesting “facts.”

To explain the imagination is quite difficult.

What the individual sees through their eyes and not another’s eyes in their own unique way.

Concludes to my idea and thoughts of what the imagination is.

To think thoughts and to manifest sentences.

Somehow creating meaning/mental pictures.

That is truly mind-blowing in my perception.

“I” “believe” in “energy” more than “physical” “objects.”

“I” will “follow” and “listen” to my gut first before my mind.

I believe in Energy, frequency, and vibration more than anything.

Facts can only explain so much.

Facts cannot explain the “impossible.”

It seems to me that the “imagination” explains the impossible.

Subjective experiences create the imagination into what the imagination is.

Life is quite confusing.

You have to be connected to your soul.

If you are disconnected from your soul.

Life will manifest a path for you.

Instead of you manifesting a life for yourself.

If “you” manifest your own path.

Listening to that soul of yours.

The soul within yourself.

Life will be similar to a dream.

Instead of ignoring your emotions.

Creating you into the person that is “you.”

Living in this reality.

Expand that mind of yours.

Use those neurons more than others.

Never give up on this life.

There are infinite possibilities.

What you manifest you become.

Literally.

All the energy you put into this world.

You get in return from the universe.

Balance the emotions from within.

Use both the masculine and the feminine side.

If your mind cannot be still you cannot be still yourself.

When the mind is corrupt, your soul has swept away from you at that moment.

Yes, we have to feel our emotions for what they are.

Do not ignore your emotions.

Remember to do what you must do but attempt to not manifest more negative energy into your reality.

Is it hard for you to accept the thoughts that flow throughout the mind?

If yes, it is time to start using your “feminine” energy.

Learn how to treat others with respect.

“Be” in control of your “emotions.”

When you can control your emotions.

The “feminine” side is fully embraced.

We will all “slip” here and there.

No one is perfect.

All you must do is attempt to be your greatest version.

If you “fail.”

At least you can say you “attempted.”

To attempt to be your greatest version or to not even attempt at all.

I rather live a life full of beautiful memories/love and positive energy.

Instead of living a blur of a life that was quickly lived and shortly forgotten.

I “swear” meditation saves my life.

Without meditation, I would not be the “man” I am.

Meditation puts every moment in perspective.

To react in every moment or to have patience and process the moments.

You can never “know.”

All you must do is “be.”

I use my “masculine” energies while working out.

There are positive ways to get out the “manly” energy.

That energy that wants to “destroy and conquer” everyone and everything.

All of that built up “tension.”

Release everything you have but in a positive way.

When you work out.

You destroy the body through exercise.

You use “negative energy” but actually “positive energy” when working out.

All the anger. (Negative energy)

Is released when working out.

Then again working out is not about anger and destroying everyone.

Often times “anger” disrupts the mind instead of benefiting the mind.

Everything is within the moment.

There are times I feel complete bliss while working out.

There are other times I feel like “destroying everything and everyone.”

jahahaah, I am hoping someone will understand me.

If you feel anger, feel anger.

If you feel nervous, feel nervous.

If you feel “love” feel love.

Do not spread negativity to others.

Use that “negative energy” to uplift yourself.

Transfer the negative energy into positive energy.

“Hurt people” “hurt people.”

The ones who have been hurt mentally or physically hurt other people.

unintentionally and intentionally.

When living this life in “fear” you are blind to your own actions most of the time.

Few souls understand people who hurt others do not mean what they do.

The ones who have “healed” themselves.

Or individuals that are in the process of “healing” themselves.

Spread positive energy to other souls that are in need of love.

If an individual accepts your “love” or not, that is up to the individual.

Never stop attempting to spread love everywhere you go.

Even if others do not accept your “love.”

Negative people are ignorant.

There is no need for that negative energy.

We are all born “innocent.”

Over time we begin living.

Life is not fair.

Saying that.

What happens to you in this life.

You can either use the energy to uplift yourself or you can use every “negative” moment to destroy thyself.

Some things that happen to you, you are not in control of.

Other things you can control.

Usually what you are “controlling” is “controlling” you.

The moments that have intense energy you should appreciate.

Without a challenge in this life, this life would not be worth living.

The “bad” things that happen to you, do not define you.

How you act out in each situation is more important.

“React” with positivity instead of negativity.

Do not act out “ignorantly”

Each person defines everything differently.

No one asks to get hurt by others.

When someone “hurts” you.

This individual is being blind to themselves and their surroundings.

Forgive the “ignorant” individual and move on.

Hold zero grudges against your brothers and sisters.

“Forgiveness” is needed in this life.

I believe the hurt people do not mean to hurt people.

Hurt people are blind.

The hurt only want to be loved.

Since the hurt individuals are not loved they continue to live in a cycle of hurting others and themselves.

We all want love.

Spread love instead of hate.

Hurt people are living in their ego, but then again not.

You need to know who you are.

Is this “you” they call “you” the actual “you.”

Do not tell others who “they” are.

To know anything else is a mystery.

Know yourself in and out.

Then again, how do you “know” that you “know” something.

Appreciate this life and live through the soul

Use love in each moment that is possible.

You have to feel the emotions you are feeling.

Remember to not bring others down with you.

Use your soul instead of the ego.

You need to express yourself.

Just do not hurt others.

It is as if others enjoy seeing the pain in others.

Suffering is not an option.

Face your emotions instead of suffering.

When you suffer you create pain within yourself and others around you.

Do not throw your emotions on another.

Use your “feminine” side to process the moment and see what this moment is teaching you.

There are lessons within everything.

Learn how to look at everything with a positive perspective instead of a negative perspective.

“Guilt” is a funny word to me.

Everything is “guilt” in my eyes.

To have “pride” in one’s self you are “recognizing” your image of yourself.

I always tell people there is no “me” or “i.”

Instead, we are all the same human consciousness experiencing this thing called life.

We are all “I”

“I” am all of “you”

“You” are all “me.”

We are all this thing called “life”

We are “all” experiencing this thing called life.

Imagine if you never had this opportunity to live this life?

Existence in itself is mind-blowing.

We should not be here.

Literally.

It took soooooooo much energy.

For the world to manifest itself here.

To be honest, it would have been easier for the universe to do nothing.

Why create “us”

“Us” is destroying the mother earth.

Ironically” this world we “worship” we could care less about.

We all care about this world so much, but when it comes to “reality.”

We are all destroying mother Gaia.

If you like it or not, the earth is on its way to the “end.”

Everything must begin and everything must end.

Will there be a new beginning.

Possibly the end is the new beginning.

Life after death.

Or death after life.

Energy never dies.

Energy is infinite and can only transfer to another source.

Ignore guilt, but live your life with “love.”

Live your life fully at the moment and “attempt” your best to have zero regrets.

A “sin” to one individual is not a sin to “another.”

Live your life how you must live your life.

Ignore spreading “negativity” to others.

Society brainwashes us into thinking every action is a “sin.”

Every law is illegal somewhere in this world.

We are all criminals, one way or another.

Let’s live in unity and love.

Instead of judging everyone for their labels and illusions that have zero value or meaning.

Your physical and mental health is more important than anything else.

How you treat others is more important than your “achievements” or “success.”

Your “soul” is who you are.

Energy is everything.

Do not fall for the “illusions” in this life.

Live through the soul.

Instead of the flesh.

Use that “feminine” energy.”

Stop ignoring your emotions.

Accept the moment and feel the energy.

What have you learned within each moment?

Stop victimizing yourself.

This quote came to me after I finished meditating.

I’ve been thinking about this thought for the longest time. It has been a week or two. Now is the time I’ll share what I’m thinking at the moment. I’ll attempt my best to explain this as clearly as I can.

Let’s say I have a mirror in my pocket.

With this mirror at any given moment, I can reflect this mirror on someone.

I mentioned this analogy with a few people I know.

With my own thinking and others thoughts as well. This is what we came up with. I’ll share a scenario of ideas.

Let’s say a person is being ignorant and full of hatred without understanding. This person is making a fool of themselves. What they are doing, they probably don’t wish to see. An embarrassing act you can say.

Imagine If they saw their own reflection.

If you were to hold a mirror towards the ignorant person. They would possibly do one of these actions.

1. The person will be so confused they will have no idea what is going on. They’ll just question what you’re doing.

2. This person would smash the mirror and come after you. Becoming angrier than before.

3. Possibly the person would look in the mirror and realize what thyself is doing.

4. The person would just keep doing what they’re doing. To ignore the mirror.

There are infinite possibilities that could happen. These 4 just seemed to fit best in my mind.

The reason why I bring this up, self-love.

Do you love yourself? Are you proud of thyself?

No one is perfect, we’re all on a different journey. It only matters if you have improved from yesterday. Are you happier today compared to yesterday? Pleasent with where you’re in life.

Don’t rush everything or life will become quite hectic or chaotic.

I’m no health or mind expert. This is nothing but my imagination talking to me. The things I say might not relate to you. Or possibly something I’ve said does relate to you.

Here are some things I have to say.

You can manifest anything you wish.

Everything comes from within.

You’re in control of your thoughts and energy. Everything you do will create this life of yours. Past. present and future.

It’s more of a challenge against thyself than a challenge against the world.

Humans are the ones creating the hatred and all the earth has to offer is love.

Love holds the strongest vibration out of all emotions.

A state of mind with love will be the happiest out of them all.

Thyself is more important and then the world comes second. Attempt at your best to keep a stable mind. Don’t lose your mind within this world.

Be the greatest version you wish to be and others will join you in the process,

The universe is always ready for new people to join in the journey of love.

It just takes thyself to come to this realization.

Invest your time and energy into things that will benefit you as a person. Instead of using negative energy towards things that will drain you as a person.

Fear is nothing but the doubt of thyself.

Only thyself knows this, no one else does.

In the end, when humans talk to each other it’s nothing but two reflections talking to each other.

A person and then another person. That’s all I see. Two people. Everyone is human to me and separation isn’t needed.

The things that separate us is our ways of thinking and the philosophies we believe.

Individuality is rare.

We can all get along with each other.

Anger just adds more flames to the Co-existing fire. Bad idea.

The way you make others feel about themselves tells a lot about you.

Have an ego, but don’t use it in hatred, but instead with love.

The definition of hatred and love is different for each person.

The definition of everything is different for everyone.

We all think alike, but we’re all completely different. Tricked into looking all the same.

We’re all vibrating at a different level. Some can be hurt more than others. All of us don’t possess a thick skin.

Emotion is okay to show, don’t hide from emotion. let every ounce out and express yourself in some form or way.

If you wish to change.

Doing the same thing over and, over but expecting different results is quite crazy and foolish.

It just won’t work.

You can force life and try everything you want, but remember to not stress life.

Life just happens and all time is the same.

The only constant is change.

Trial and error, see what works the best for thyself.

To succeed is to fail. You have to fail to know what you’re doing. There’s no failure it’s just a weird word for learning.

If you let thyself destroy thyself the world has taken you.

If you live the dream of the life you wish to manifest you beat the world.

The game of life

You didn’t “fail.”

So let the world take you down or have thyself stand up and take the world on.

The world isn’t after you. More like you’re after yourself.

Just be at peace and don’t harm others in the process of living this life.

Not all souls will agree with you, but that is okay. Become thyself, and not a self-programmed individual.

Express your ideas in this world and be the greatest you that you can be.

All you have to be is to be.

This might sound quite ridiculous.

Everything happens for a reason.

This reason might be unknown at the moment. With more time the answer will be found.

Don’t rush this process, but let it be.

Use nothing but the energy of love and only love.

If so, this life will be a great life.

To live life in hatred will attract a negative life.

Remember to never give up.

Keep on breathing and have a smile on that beautiful face of yours.

People will either drain you of your energy or inspire you and help you to create more positive energy.

Choose these people Wisely and with intent.

Life is beautiful and so are you.

Just take it one day at a time and you’ll make it in the end.

Keep things simple within that complex mind of yours and the mind will be calmer than you can imagine.

A simple life is a happy life full of love and greatness.

let the moment swift you of your feet. Let the moment strip you of your identify or use all the energy from within to push yourself to keep on going.

Just keep on going, just keep on going………

If something happens it was supposed to happen. Will you let it defeat you, or will you let it build and create you?

Sometimes, depending on how deep into the meditation I get, visions or hallucinations appear you can say.

Things that are so hard to explain unless you have seen them yourself.

I see shapes and colors. Sometimes stories or visions are seen, a very deep unconscious thought. Everything is let go, entering into an imaginary land.

Sometimes it’s very hard to put pictures into words, not many are good with their words.

At moments I have my good times, others I don’t. Sounds like every human to me.

I don’t know how to explain Mediation other than what I have said here.

Here’s my best visual for everyone put into words…..

It took me the longest time to just sit still for a little bit. Up to a year to fully grasp it.

At the beginning, it was around a few minutes for me. Keep adding more time when you’re comfortable. Or maybe don’t add time up at all, just close your eyes and meditate. Recently I’m up to 30-minute sessions. As of now, I’m at 35-40 minutes. A period where my eyes are closed for 30+ minutes but I’m still awake. Eyes are just closed.

I try to not open my eyes and think of nothingness.

You forget where you’re, or what you’re. Breathe but don’t concentrate on breathing, just let the breathing happen.

I lose feeling in my whole body and feel this feeling like no other. You forget where you’re or what room you happen to be in. It’s as if an energy is flowing throughout your whole body. If performed correctly, your heart rate will drop a decent amount. One time I got my heart rate very low and the Mediation was so intense. It felt like I was a new person after I woke up as if I reincarnated. Meditation is a natural medicine for the body.

The experience for each mediator will be different, not all will enjoy or think this is a grand idea. When in a deep meditation, all you see is pure darkness.

The feeling of your body disappears, it’s as if you’re in another world of some sort. Another dimension.

You can put on “certain music” if wanted otherwise in complete silence.

Go to music with a rhythm or beat. Something with a frequency of around 432HZ. It’s said this frequency of music is the most appealing to the ear, to calm down and relax. Mozart produced a lot of music at 432 Hertz.

This kind of music soothes me and relaxes me too. Whenever I go to bed, I always put on “sleeping” music. It’s as if I’m a child in a crib and I’m listening to a lullaby to fall asleep. All ages can do this, hahaha. I swear I pass out soon after putting the music on.

To decide to have music or not.

The choice is yours. Silence or music. It depends on the day for me.

Mediation is not for everyone, but I believe everyone can do it. Took me the longest time to sit still.

Here are my crazy thoughts, hahaha.

Mediation is my best medicine at the moment. It helps me the most with relaxing the mind and staying “happy.” Happiness is different for everyone.

Mediation makes me realize this. We’re nothing much, but a mind with a body and soul. Mind, body, and soul.

Mediation helps you find your soul from within, the things hiding you’ve never thought to dive into. It just happens, in the moments of mediation you find thyself, and reflect who you really are as a person.

Who is this “I” we speak of? mediation helps you realize there is no “I” but there is only a mind that separates us all from each other, nothing much but a mind.

Your mindset in this world will distinguish you from others. You are nothing but a thought of a mind, with nerve endings responding at all moments. If it wasn’t for the sense of “feel” the mind wouldn’t be here.

Neither would you, nothing would be here. Everything is an emotion or energy form of some sort. Everything around you and yourself is just “energy.” If you were to zoom in on anything with a microscope, there would just be live energy moving all around. Nothing but a bunch of moving atoms. (ENERGY)

How else would something take up space in this world? Without energy being used in some sort nothing would be here. There’s some form of energy in everything we do. After doing something, It’s all over and there’s no way of stopping it. Or going back.

Control it at your best, don’t abuse your energies and everything will go as planned. A few unexpected things will happen, in those moments you use your energy at its best or you fail yourself and use your energy in a negative way.

Mediation helps you reflect upon yourself. It’s as if your eyeballs turn to the back of your head, and you’re set free from this world temporarily. Entering another world of your own.

What I’m about to say could either be me being crazy and everything I say is just what I’m telling myself. Craziness or insanity you can say, or possibly there is some truth in this. I’m just speaking from experience. I’m no expert, just a soul sharing information with the world.

Or

I could be putting all of this in my mind and I actually see and hear these things.

Most will say it’s my imagination.

But I think it’s much more.

Something much, much more.

I recommend you try doing a few minute meditation and see if you can even sit still.

It’s a very simple and easy task against yourself. I challenge everyone right now reading this to attempt a few minute meditation.

Find an empty area, sit down. Cross your legs, close your eye and put your hands/fingers in a comfortable position.

Focus on the center of your forehead and “doze” off into the pure darkness. Remember your eyes need to be closed.

If you were squirmy, you “failed.”

If you were still, you “passed.”

Here’s what I mean. If you were squirmy and moved around. You’re probably anxious and in need of some sort of self-cleanse or reflection of thyself.

I used to be very anxious, but now I kinda just don’t care. Life is free and anxiety is at a cost. Creating a burden on your mind. A constant future thought to not even be in the “now.”

Through meditation, this helps me a lot to lose my anxiety and be more stress-free.

When you look into the science if you believe it or not.

There are many benefits of meditation. I’ll name a few of them, take care to listen if you want.

You may not believe what I say, but that’s okay, just sharing “different” information with many individuals who aren’t probably used to this kind of talk.

I might have just sounded very strange to you at the moment. But don’t we all, hahaha.

A few benefits of meditation.

1. More conscious of thyself, thoughts and actions are more aware. Less energy is used towards “energy sucking” thoughts or actions. Accepting of others. You’ll wonder why you’re here.

2. Your nerves become calm, you’re not tense and tight all the time. Science tells me this, but there’s always a study to fight against the other. The body’s energy can be controlled.

3. Some of my best art ideas or advice you can say is given to me by the universe, my imagination improves.

4. A lot of studies show that meditation improves most parts of the brain as if you’re “working” it out. Muscle memory is built within the brain. Just look into it, you’ll understand what I’m saying. Are brain can be worked out just like how your arms can be worked out. Just in different form hahaha. Multiple parts of the brain are “worked out.” Similar to your arms too.

5. Lowers blood pressure, lowers anxiety, creates natural serotonin in the body. Giving you that “happy” feeling. Creates the calm chemical.

7. One of my favorite. Reduces “cortisol” that’s your worst enemy. All it does is drag you to the floor. A “stress” hormone. Nothing good comes from this hormone. This is your worst enemy

8. Increase serotonin. You’re just happy for no reason all the time. You’ll end up a “crazy” person, hahaha.

6. Boosts melatonin levels, helping us to improve sleep.

7.Makes you younger and produces natural growth hormones. Literally reversing your age. Most regular meditators look younger. It’s hard to explain. Look it up, if you want.

Many more, could go on for a while.

Believe it or not.

But don’t knock it till you try it.

All you have to do it nothing. I’m sure you have a few minutes to do nothing.

Sitting on the couch is the same as meditation. Just a little more advanced, I believe in you!

Give it one attempt, why not? The worst you can do is try, there’s no harm in trying. Or I rather say “attempt.” Be at your full potential.
